The
leftmost column of the table lists area names. If the table contains comparison
areas, these will be displayed at the foot of the table in italics. Totals may
also be displayed at the foot of the table if the indicator values being viewed
are counts The top two rows of the table display the theme and indicator/date
names for the data being displayed. Click an indicator name to sort data values
in ascending or descending order. Click the 'Notes' icon next to an indicator
name to view metadata relating to the indicator. A metadata summary for the
data view and the indicators it contains (or a link to a metadata summary) may
be available below the table. You can click checkboxes in the third row of the
table to select particular indicators and dates for charting - if the indicators
are categorical a radio button will be available instead (as only one selection
can be charted at a time). To select all indicators and dates for charting
click the 'Chart' checkbox. To select a subset of areas for charting or mapping,
click the checkbox in the second column of the table corresponding to each area
you wish to include. If you wish to select all areas, click the uppermost
checkbox in this column. If you do not select any areas the system will assume
you wish to chart or map all areas in the table.
